Managing Partner of Ernst and Young Western Canada, Fred Withers hosted members of the Leaders of Tomorrow Program on Friday April 3, for an informal session to learn more about him, and the organization he represents.
Mr. Withers opened the session by asking all guests to share what was on their mind, and what questions they wanted to ask him. Topics of interest ranged from the current financial situation to gender equality in the workplace and even how Fred manages family and working life.
Fred openly shared some of his background which includes an extensive resume in various volunteer capacities, many of which were related to his passions of athletics, education, and helping those that are underprivileged.
Following the session, Fred took the time to answer individual questions from guests, and provided invaluable insight for those working and those preparing to enter the workforce.
