Join us on April 28 as we announce the winners of the third annual Metro Vancouver Dream Employer Awards — a joint partnership between Insights West, Miles Employment Group and the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade.

During this event, Steve Mossop of Insights West and Sandra Miles from Miles Employment Group will share key highlights from the 2016 survey, as voted on by the local business community.

Following their remarks, a panel of HR leaders from the top 10 companies will join Mossop and Miles on stage for a discussion on creating an engaged workplace that can attract and retain the best talent.

About the Dream Employers Survey:

In one of the largest studies of its kind, the Dream Employers Survey asks 2,500+ people in Metro Vancouver which companies they'd most like to work for.

In addition to identifying Metro Vancouver's top employers, the survey also focuses on understanding how satisfied employees are with their work, what drives satisfaction levels, and what causes people to quit their jobs. 

Our 2016 survey also includes a special focus on millennials, including what differences exist in their employment satisfaction, engagement, and motivation when compared to other workers in B.C.
