"To achieve the maximum impact, it means, 'Dare to follow through with a community vision.' Several steps are involved:
1. Ask for input (that's what you are doing now).
2. Create a vision based on the input (create specific community events).
3. Plan the steps to achieve the vision (who does what and in what time frame).
4. Budget for the vision (the tricky part — get funding from private and public sources through lobbying and marketing).
5. Make it happen!
