Peter Senge The Necessary Revolution

Ticket includes a copy of The Necessary Revolution - a $35 value!

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to meet globally renowned author and transformational change leader, Dr. Peter Senge.

In this interactive half-day session, Senge will take you on an exploration of change as he talks about his critically acclaimed new book, The Necessary Revolution: How Individuals and Organizations are Working Together to Create a Sustainable World.

He will describe how organizational learning is being used to increase our sustainability by building shared vision, challenging mental models, forging new partnerships and thinking systemically about the future.

Named a ‘Strategist of the Century’ by the Journal of Business Strategy, Senge is singled out as one of 24 people who have had ‘the greatest impact on the way we conduct business today.’

While he has studied how organizations develop adaptive capabilities for many years at MIT, it was his 1990 book – The Fifth Discipline – that propelled him into the spotlight and popularized the concept of the ‘learning organization.’ More than a million copies of The Fifth Discipline have been sold and Harvard Business Review considers it one of the seminal management books of the past 75 years.

Ticket price includes breakfast, a copy of Peter Senge’s new book, The Necessary Revolution ($35 value), a keynote address and a workshop.
