The green economy and green buildings are portrayed as providing opportunities for economic development, which raises the question of whether, and how, new and sustainable approaches affect value. Since not everything that's green turns into gold and as industry adapts to a changed economy, the need to identify how value is affected by sustainability is creating finance, audit, accounting and appraisal challenges.
Join us at this breakfast session as our panel explores the link between value, sustainability and the green economy.
