Members’ Reception at the Vancouver Rowing Club By Robert Chorner April 22, 2008
Vancouver Board of Trade Members were treated to what is already being called one of this season’s early highlights. The Vancouver Rowing Club and host Keith Jolly welcomed Board of Trade members to their iconic property located in Stanley Park. Guests enjoyed networking among The Rowing Club’s rich history and tradition, prominently featured in their photos and trophy cases.
Held on a picture perfect day, the event attracted a near record number of guests and offered a wide variety of business for everybody to connect with.
Located a short drive from the downtown core along the shores of scenic Stanley Park, the Vancouver Rowing Club has sweeping views of Coal Harbour. It is the ideal location for seminars, business retreats, lunches, weddings, cocktail receptions and gala dinners.
Originally opened in 1866, The Vancouver Rowing Club offers three licensed rooms: the Harbour Room, Trophy Lounge and Carver Room. All are available for rent throughout the week, and each provides a unique glimpse into the Rowing Club’s rich history.
