In this session, leadership expert Ali Grovue will discuss the leadership habits required to create a high-functioning culture, enabling employees to be the best versions of themselves in pursuit of a common goal, and to execute on a transformative and enduring strategy.
First Tracks experience
Get up to two runs in before the lifts are open to the public. You will also have access to 1.5 hours of top-quality coaching from one of Big White’s experienced instructors where you can focus on guided mileage, how to ski powder on untracked slopes or any other skills you want to improve. To participate in this activity, you must be a confident skier or boarder on blue runs. All participants must be comfortable riding the chairlift.
Wine Tasting with Mission Hill Family Estate
