6. Do you have access to a meeting space near Downtown Vancouver that can accommodate 10-15 people, if required?

7. Did you participate in PLF last year?

8. Are you interested in being a PLF Team Captain?

As a PLF Team Captain, you will have the opportunity to lead a peer-mentorship group of 6-8 ambitious, highly-driven CYP members who are passionate about professional development. The role of the PLF Team Captain is to help guide discussions, facilitate group meet-ups and to be the point-of-contact between your team and the PLF Advisory Committee Chairs.

9. As a member of a CYP Peer Leadership Forum, I agree to the following conditions:

  • Attend at least 75% or 6 of 8 annual team meetings

  • Attend the PLF Reload Events in September 2017 and January 2018

  • Participate in an annual Community Outreach initiative with my team

  • Host one team meeting per year, including managing the venue, the agenda, and providing snacks (approx. $50)
