Expanding into emerging markets offers immense potential, but it also comes with unique challenges. This one-hour session will help your organization assess its readiness to enter or expand in high-growth, rapidly evolving regions.

Through a practical readiness model, you’ll explore key factors such as market research, leveraging government programs, management and team preparedness, financial and operational capacity, regulatory compliance, and international risk management.

Beyond strategy, the session will highlight the critical role of culture in shaping business success. Learn how cultural differences can influence product adaptation, pricing, marketing, negotiations, and relationships with employees, customers, and governments.

Drawing from real-world case studies and experience working with Canadian businesses in markets such as India, China, and Mexico, the presenter will share actionable steps to move from assessment to execution and build a solid foundation for success in emerging markets.

This webinar is ideal for:

  • Senior leaders guiding international expansion strategies
  • Business development and trade professionals
  • Cross-functional teams in operations, legal, or marketing
  • Advisors and facilitators supporting Canadian firms abroad
