The Greater Vancouver Board of Trade has sent its pre-budget submission to the B.C. Government, calling on the Province to consider our priority areas and policy recommendations for Budget 2020-21.

Every year, based on consultation with our Members and the findings from the Greater Vancouver Economic Scorecard 2018, the GVBOT identifies priorities and recommendations for the B.C. Government to undertake to ensure that our province is resilient, flexible, fiscally sound, economically competitive, and environmentally and socially responsible.

This year’s priority areas include business competitiveness, transportation and the gateway, housing, workforce and skills training, and fiscal prudence.
