Celebrating 25 years of the Leaders of Tomorrow, GVBOT’s longest-running mentorship program!

Every fall, we gather to celebrate the outgoing Leaders of Tomorrow participants and welcome our new students and mentors. This year’s celebration is extra special because it wraps up 25 years of the program.

Join us on September 23 to reconnect with fellow alumni, past mentors, program supporters and others who have had a part to play in LOT for the past 25 years. And of course, we’ll say goodbye to the 2024-2025 cohort and welcome the 2025-2026 students and mentors. There will be awards, presentations, and networking galore and we invite all current and future students, mentors, partners, and alumni to attend!

This event is presented by The Greater Vancouver Board of Trade's Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Program. The LOT Program is our mentorship program that connects top post-secondary students with leading industry professionals. Launched in 1999, LOT is recognized as the premier mentorship program in British Columbia. Based on the pillars of mentorship, leadership, networking and volunteerism, LOT candidates go through a competitive and rigorous selection process to experience a year of accelerated professional and personal growth.
