Every day, TransLink connects nearly half a million people throughout Metro Vancouver, powering daily life, work and play in one of Canada’s fastest-growing regions. To stay ahead of rising demand, TransLink is expanding service, improving infrastructure, and embracing innovation to drive the region’s economic and social vitality.

With limited resources and the need to balance regional priorities, TransLink remains focused on making it easier, more reliable, and more enjoyable to get around – with service that puts the customer experience front and centre.

Now, with major international events on the horizon, TransLink must build on decades of experience and learnings and prepare to welcome the world. From tourists to teams, commuters to customers, the transit experience will help define how Metro Vancouver shows up on the global stage in 2026. Join TransLink CEO Kevin Quinn for an inside look at how the organization is reimagining the customer experience, investing in innovation, accessibility, and seamless service to elevate transit across the region.
