You will hear directly from industry experts, including BC Hydro President and CEO Charlotte Mitha, on how you can receive a no-cost energy assessment for your business through energy advisors. They will show you ways to earn rewards by shifting energy use, provide you with tailored recommendations to improve energy efficiency, and identify valuable incentives available through BC Hydro. You will also learn how to earn rewards through participation in their demand response events.

BC Hydro
Charlotte Mitha is BC Hydro's President and CEO. Charlotte joined BC Hydro in 2004 and has been a member of the executive team for more than six years.
In her previous role as Executive Vice President of Operations at BC Hydro, Charlotte has overseen the control centres, water management, and field-based employees responsible for operating and maintaining BC Hydro’s extensive infrastructure. This includes over 300 substations, 80,000 km of transmission and distribution lines, and 30 hydro plants, which collectively provide reliable electricity to five million customers. Charlotte has also led customer connections and the delivery of $1 billion in annual operating, maintenance, and capital work.
Prior to joining BC Hydro, Charlotte worked in engineering and construction management roles on hydroelectric generation projects.
Charlotte is a Professional Engineer in mechanical engineering (Bachelor of Applied Science, UBC) and holds Master of Business Administration from the Royal Holloway College at the University of London.
