Experience an interactive culinary evening at LaSalle College Vancouver in their brand-new, state-of-the-art teaching kitchen.

The night begins with a 60-minute Mystery Box Challenge. Guests will work in teams to create two dishes from a curated selection of ingredients, revealed only when the clock starts. It is fast-paced, fun, and highly engaging, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how chefs think, adapt, and perform under pressure.

No cooking experience is required. LaSalle’s culinary team will guide you throughout and handle all the cleanup. No dishes, no dirty pots, no mess.

At the end of the challenge, one dish will be crowned the evening’s top honour, along with well-earned bragging rights.

The experience continues in the Bistro with a chef-prepared three-course dinner, an elevated and relaxed close to a high-energy culinary night.
