This special event reflects the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade’s commitment to developing, connecting, and celebrating leaders at every stage of their journey. Since 1999, GVBOT’s Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) program has connected post-secondary students with experienced professionals through mentorship, leadership development, networking opportunities, and community engagement, helping them build the skills, confidence, and connections to thrive in their careers and beyond.

The Leaders of Tomorrow Awards will highlight the outstanding achievements of the LOT community, including mentees, mentors, volunteers, and partners whose dedication is helping shape the next generation of leaders.

This event is presented by The Greater Vancouver Board of Trade's Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Program. The LOT Program is our mentorship program that connects top post-secondary students with leading industry professionals. Launched in 1999, LOT is recognized as the premier mentorship program in British Columbia. Based on the pillars of mentorship, leadership, networking and volunteerism, LOT candidates go through a competitive and rigorous selection process to experience a year of accelerated professional and personal growth.
