This workshop builds awareness and understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace through a practical, strengths-based lens. Designed for HR professionals, managers, and workplace leaders, the session will explore common barriers related to communication, culture, sensory environments, and hidden expectations, as well as simple strategies to foster more inclusive, neuroaffirming teams.

Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of how to reduce stigma, support disclosure and accommodations respectfully, and create workplace cultures that recognize diverse ways of thinking, learning, and working as valuable.
