WE FOR SHE 2018 will be one of North America's largest gatherings of changemakers, influencers, business leaders, and young women collaborating to advance equality. Our goal is to grow the Canadian economy by championing gender diversity in leadership as a business imperative.

Now in its fifth year, WE FOR SHE 2018 will focus on Creating an Equal Future and the role we each play as leaders, employers, and community members to further equality across British Columbia, Canada, and beyond.

This interactive day will provide thought-provoking education and will highlight best practices for business leaders. In addition, hundreds of high school students from across the province will be in attendance to take part in a variety of workshops. The afternoon will bring everyone together to create action plans for an equal future.

Join current and emerging leaders for this powerful and engaging one-day forum.

Why attend?

  • Take part in one of North America's largest events tackling gender equity in leadership.
  • Learn from key influencers from around the world who are taking action to advance equality.
  • Champion young people from across B.C. and help shape their future career choices.
  • Develop your personal action plan to contribute to the creation of an equal future.

Championing women doesn't mean advocating for the rise of women and the fall of men. Rather, it means creating space for a wider and more inclusive approach. This session will highlight concrete ways that you can advance gender balance in the workplace: from supporting female leaders and addressing wage gaps, to investing in women-led businesses. Get inspired to make real change.
