Olivia McIvor
Olivia McIvor helps leaders and their teams build workplaces where everyone feels respected, valued and heard. Her research impacts how we manage the complexity of the modern workplace and her strategies drive cultural transformation. Her background includes over three decades in HR management and OD. She now serves as an advisor to organizations, corporations and non-profits. Olivia is a master micro-learning expert, a three-time best-selling author and an endless producer of learning tools to improve people's experiences of life and work.
When not consulting Ms. McIvor teaches in the Faculty of Business at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and is the author of three books: The Business of Kindness, Four Generations-One Workplace, and, I SEE YOU. Ms. McIvor lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Amy Fell
Amy Fell believes organizations are relationships. She works alongside organizations, leaders, teams and individuals to determine forces helping and hindering productivity and progress. Her model, “People, Purpose, Productivity” hones in on factors that drive organizational success and reveal opportunities to maximize potential of people through clarifying the organization’s purpose and enabling individual and team productivity.
Ms. Fell is faculty in the School of Business and Media. She is the Program Head of the Advanced Diploma in Business Management and leads Corporate and Industry Training. Prior to teaching, Amy served as the BCIT Faculty and Staff Association President which ignited her curiosity in exploring the mechanisms that foster meaningful work for individuals and teams and how to build resilient organizations. Amy lives in East Vancouver, British Columbia. When not in the classroom, or on a local bike path with her family, you can find her in her cut flower garden.
