How can you move your career forward?

This question stops stumps a lot of people. However, many professionals have taken proven steps to successfully have a meaningful career journey by using their strengths to make a difference and having financial security.

What are the proven steps? One of the steps is to understand your ikigai.

What is your ikigai?  It is a Japanese word that means "your reason for being".

During this 75-minute, interactive workshop you will learn how to uncover your ikigai by:

  • identifying what you are good at
  • what you love
  • what the world needs
  • and what you can get paid for.

Stephanie and Louann, Career Coaches from PeerSpectives Consulting, will guide you through activities to uncover your ikigai and ways to re-energize your current role or inform your next career move.
