Join us for this virtual workshop with PeerSpectives Consulting where you will learn to Name, Claim, and Aim your Strengths to advance your career and build more joy into your daily life.
Workshop registration includes complimentary access to the Gallup Strengths online assessment tool ($33 value) to identify your Top 5 Strengths.
Prior To The Workshop:
- October 8 - Registration closes
- October 9 - Participants receive the link and access code for the Gallup Strengths online assessment tool to identify their Top 5 Strengths
- October 16 - Deadline to complete the assessment in order to receive two personalized reports
Interactive Workshop Covers:
- Introduction to the power of Gallup Strengths, its history and methodology
- Name It: Guided time for each participant to reflect and review their individualized Top 5 Strengths reports and share in interactive breakouts sessions
- Claim It: Activities to uncover how your Strengths have contributed to your success previously in your life
- Aim It: Development of Strength-based habits to pull your career forward and bring you more energy daily
- Interactive activities to get to know each other and establish your power-partnerships!
