Mental health is no longer a conversation reserved for HR departments. It is a business issue that affects people, culture, productivity, and the bottom line, costing Canadian employers approximately $100B annually.

While there are many factors that can contribute to a person's overall wellbeing, failing to take a proactive approach to support the psychological health of employees can have a negative impact on people, culture, and an organization's financial bottom line.

Designed for employers of all sizes, this virtual workshop will explore how employers can identify workplace factors that impact wellbeing, spot risks before they become costly challenges, and move from empathy to effective action.

This workshop is part of a three-part series designed to support healthier, more inclusive workplaces:

  1. A Leader’s Guide to Mental Health in the Workplace
October 9, 2026 – Learn how to recognize and respond to employee mental health challenges
  2. Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace: Why it Matters and How to Cultivate It
November 6, 2026 – Build a culture where employees feel safe, supported, and heard
  3. Workplace Mental Health: Moving from Reactive to Proactive to lmprove wellbeing and Reduce Costs
January 15, 2027 – Prevent and address inappropriate behaviour and workplace conflict

Attend one session or all three to build a complete approach to culture, conduct, and employee support.
