The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

Martin Luther King, Jr.

When it comes to Diversity and Inclusion, many of us shy away from talking about it for fear of saying the wrong thing, often derailing progress and action. Instead, we must be open and mindful of how we can each play a role in driving change and contribute to inclusive workplaces and societies.

True allyship involves having candid discussions, accepting our imperfections, nurturing curiosity, and learning to take action. To challenge the status quo, we must advocate for others who experience the world differently from ourselves. Real growth and impactful change become possible when we intentionally create safe environments to support honest conversations.

Join experts from our Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council (DLC) in a discussion on embracing the uncomfortable and tips and strategies to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion.
